General Timeline for Cricket Bat Manufacturing and Delivery:

  • Manufacturing: 3-4 days
  • Ready to Play: 1 day
  • Laser Engraving/Threading: 1 day
  • Delivery Time:
    • India: 5-8 days (Varies based on location: 5-7 days for main cities, 8-13 days for remote areas)
    • International: 3-10 days (Varies based on location)

Note: The timelines mentioned above exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct and precise, along with a valid contact number and email address for safe delivery. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address correction requests are subject to a fee of INR 900.
  • Any changes to the provided shipping address must be made before shipment. Please email us at englishbats@gmail.com for any address modifications.

Shipping Timeline within India:

  • Average delivery time within India is 3-5 days, typically for well-connected Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
  • For remote areas, India Post services may be used, and delivery times may vary.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping may involve two separate shipping companies, which can occasionally cause delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Every product is carefully packed for protection before shipping. However, minor damage may occasionally occur due to handling by the shipping company, which is beyond our control.
  • Delivery timelines or custom charges may change due to evolving international trade policies, which are outside our scope.

Custom Charges: 

Customs charges for international shipments depend on various factors and can vary depending on the country.

  • Shipping providers like DHL tend to offer faster services but might result in higher customs charges, while providers like ARAMEX have a lower likelihood of attracting customs charges.
  • If there are customs charges, you will be contacted directly by the shipping provider or your country’s Customs/Export department with details on the next steps.
    • Note: POLESTAR is not involved in the customs process. All communication and transactions related to customs charges are directly between the customer and the shipping provider or customs department

Custom Payment:

  • It is advisable to pay any applicable customs charges promptly upon receipt of communication from the shipping provider or customs department. Delays in payment may result in extended delivery times, potential damages, or even the loss of your package.
