Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.
- Important: Items returned without prior authorization (i.e., without first requesting a return) will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items).
If you have concerns or questions about a specific item, please get in touch with us.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
- The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. We will notify you once the refund has been completed.
